About Me

Hi, I am Chia Hao Chang, a UX designer with more than two years of user experience. Having recently graduated from web design and new media at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I am eager to continue applying the skills and methods learned in class to enhance my understanding of the field and communicate that across to the company by implementing engaging techniques.

After completing my master's degree, I know that my interests lie in user experience. Throughout my career at AAU, I dedicated a large portion of my time to brainstorming, user testing, and implementation projects. During the project creation process, I learned how to find user problems and solve them effectively, which let me know that I need to have empathy. So, I have to improve the user experience and follow the people-centered to create projects. Through these experiences, I became more confident in my place and seek the opportunity to help the team reach its goals.

The diversity present in an AAU class makes me fond of the profession; It has made me acknowledge the way of solving the problem, support individual and whole group, and integrate my interest in technology. I'm approached American culture for many years, and I think these experiences have inspired me and helped improve my professional skills.

My background has tremendously aided my work as I also enjoy creating, developing, and thinking of efficient ways of getting core concepts to achieve goals. My goal as a UX designer is always to overcome challenges and help users solve their needs. I am more than willing to work with teams to achieve goals and grow.
